Get help - Find a support groupIf you or a loved one are having some problems, a support group might be able to help. FreeSupportGroups.com is a website that lists many free support groups in the Portland and surrounding areas. All groups listed here are free of charge, although some might request (but not require) a donation. This is a growing site and we need your help to make it better.
